Koala-T Home Services, LLC is committed to making callkhs.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe every homeowner deserves equal access to our heating, air conditioning, and home services - online and in person.

Conformance Status

Koala-T Heating & Air is actively working to improve the accessibility of callkhs.com in accordance with WCAG 2.1 (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/) Level AA guidelines. We have identified areas for improvement and are addressing them in order of priority. Our most recent automated evaluation returned a 95/100 accessibility score using Google Lighthouse.
 

We note that automated testing identifies a majority of accessibility issues but does not capture all WCAG conformance criteria. We continue to conduct periodic reviews and address identified gaps as they are found.

As a Wix-hosted website, a limited subset of platform-level functionality is outside our direct control. We work with our web platform and design team to address those limitations as updates become available.

• Some third-party embedded content (such as maps, booking tools, or widgets served by external platforms) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not control the accessibility of externally provided content.

• Automated evaluation tools do not test all aspects of WCAG conformance. Some criteria - including certain keyboard navigation patterns and screen reader behavior - require manual testing that has not yet been completed.
