HOW WE GUARANTEE CARBON MONOXIDE SAFETY
Carbon monoxide (CO) is colorless and odorless, and a faulty furnace can leak it into your home. Warning signs include yellow or flickering flames, soot around the furnace, and symptoms like headaches or nausea that improve when you leave the house. If your CO detector alarms, evacuate immediately and call 911.
At Koala-T, we test CO levels on every furnace repair and tune-up we perform, using a calibrated combustion analyzer to give us clear data rather than relying on guesswork. If there’s an issue, we'll show you the readings so you can make a decision based on what we've found. We also recommend installing carbon monoxide detectors near bedrooms and on every floor of your home for added safety.
WHY CHOOSE KOALA-T FOR FURNACE REPAIR?
NO-SWEAT PRICING
The price you're given upfront is exactly what you pay, with no hidden fees, no change orders, and no fine print. We give you a written estimate before any work begins on your furnace, and if you find a lower quote from a licensed, insured, local HVAC contractor, we promise to beat it by 5%.

THE KOALA-T SEAL™
If there's a solution we can't provide, we'll refund your payment 100%. And if a manufacturer refuses to honor their warranty on a furnace we installed, we step in and make it right ourselves. It's how we honor our dedication to a job well done and satisfied customers every time.
JOIN THE JOEY CLUB™ FOR FURNACE SERVICE ON AUTOPILOT
The Joey Club™ is Koala-T's annual maintenance membership. For one flat yearly price, you'll get two seasonal tune-ups (spring air conditioning and fall heating), plus 15% off all furnace and AC repairs, priority scheduling when demand peaks, no overtime charges, and a written system health report after every visit. Our annual pricing starts at $160 for a 1-system home, plus $60 for each additional system.
Most Lewisville homeowners find that getting a fall tune-up alone pays for the membership by catching one thing (a dirty flame sensor, a brittle igniter, and so on), so we can fix the issue there and then, helping them avoid an emergency call-out.

I had a maintenance service done by Koala-T Heating and Air, and I was very impressed. Nathan Reeves, the owner, handled the call himself and was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure my system was running perfectly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend Koala-T Heating and Air for honest, reliable HVAC service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nathan several years ago, great Man and his beliefs are even better. This man is the epitome of what you expect from a top notch company. Nathan has serviced my system for nearly 8 years and I’ve followed him back when he was working for other companies. Full circle he has made his own company and we couldn’t be happier with his service. He’s prompt, respectful and offers a TON of value. We unfortunately ran into a compressor failure on our 19 year old system and decided it was best to upgrade our central HVAC system. Nathan’s crew was a mirroring image of everything he stands for. The install was clean, efficient and best of all affordable compared to your big box companies. Thanks to Nathan he has made us believers for life. Thank you so much for everything you do!!
